Enterprise Fleet Management

Because many IAHC education events require members to travel, IAHC partners with Enterprise Fleet Management to reduce members' transportation costs. IAHC members receive a discount price when they rent a car through Enterprise Fleet Management. RCTCLearn.Net, a low-cost, on demand, computer-based program available exclusively to IAHC members. For a low annual fee, member agencies have unlimited user names to provide staff, employees and volunteers access to the program. This e-learning program allows employers to train staff without travel or other related expenses and track the progress of individual employees, making it an invaluable training tool. RCTCLearn offers more than 70 courses for professionals and paraprofessionals, ranging from new employee orientation and training to Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services mandatory annual education. RCTCLearn.Net is American Nursing Credentialing Center certified, meaning nurses will receive continuing education unit credit for courses they take online through the program.

Medifecta Healthcare Training is now available at a discount to all IAHC members.  Since 1995, caregivers across the nation have been using Medifecta Healthcare Training to meet compliance and continuing education requirements. This DVD-based training is a complete program that can be used for both initial training and continuing education and can help meet training requirements.  Programs are led by instructors who focus on engaging and keeping caregivers interested in their own learning.  Each course includes all the training materials needed to train employees and comes with a DVD, learning objectives, key points, definitions/glossary, a test and an answer key for the instructor.  Courses cover a wide range of topics from the basic responsibilities of a companion homemaker, to caring for someone with late-stage Alzheimer’s disease.

PPS Plus

IAHC realizes many home care agencies face challenges when reviewing the OASIS. It can be strenuous and time-consuming, leaving the door open for errors to go unseen, reimbursement to go unclaimed and patient outcomes to show inaccurately. IAHC cares about the success of member agencies and partners with PPS Plus to help agencies avoid errors and inconsistencies by offering discounted access to the software programs.
