OASIS Roadmap to Success:  Paving the Way to OASIS C-1

OASIS Skills Assessment Testing of more than 8,000 clinicians has revealed that the number one reason for inaccuracies is not staying up to date on the most recent OASIS Q and A's.  Just one incorrect response can have a significant impact on quality scores and reimbursement.  Don't become complacent; you must keep up to date in order to prevent errors!

If you are not up to date on OASIS-C, you won't be prepared for the changes on OASIS C-1 effective October 2014.      

This one-day training session, designed for both the home care novice and veteran, will focus on key problem areas within the OASIS assessment identified from hundreds of personal encounters with clinicians across the country and Fazzi’s OASIS skills assessment testing service.  OASIS is more than data collection, it drives clinical care.  Participants will not only be trained in completing OASIS items correctly (OASIS Think), they will also be engaged in discussions focused on best practice and using the information in clinical care.  Bring your questions and leave with valuable information and handouts to share with colleagues.
